It had a quiet atmosphere and the location was marvellous and particularly good. Just 5 minutes on foot to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 underground, was a big plus. My room included central heating, a work desk, and multi-channel TV. There was a walk-in shower, a plus for me...

Located near many historical sites, great traditional restaurants, and cafes, this hotel is ideal for exploring the city. the cleaning is impressive, and you'll be welcomed with a mini-fridge with water as a gift. the staff are kind and accommodating.
Despite some helpful staff, language barriers can be an issue.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering me complimentary tea and coffee throughout my 6-night stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city's historical sites and trying out some of the famous local restaurants and coffee shops. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities, as well as the provided parking and transportation options. a great experience.

The hotel staff tried their best to accommodate our needs, and we appreciated that. We were always served tea and coffee, which was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We enjoyed walking to the historical sites, traditional restaurants, and coffee shops nearby.
the elevator was unreliable, and we actually got stuck inside it once.

Amazing staff, great hospitality. Delicious complimentary fruits. Convenient location for historical sites. Clean and pleasant rooms. Generous gift of water in mini fridge. Wonderful smell of linen.

The staff was helpful and accommodating during my stay. The central location made it easy to explore nearby historical sites and famous restaurants. The cleaning service provided was top-notch.
The elevator failed numerous times during my stay and left me stranded inside once. the English level of staff was not up to par, which made communication difficult at times.
